How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:


Original sales receipt, invoice number or order number must accompany returns.


All Returns must receive prior authorization by obtaining a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND WILL NOT INCLUDE A REFUND OF SHIPPING/HANDLING FEES. You may contact us at [email protected] to request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please include your original invoice or order number with your request. Please type in RETURNS in the subject field of the email.

We accept returns up to 30 calendar days from the original shipping date. Returned Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:


• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way UNLESS PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE

• within 30 calendar days of the shipping date (after 30 calendar days no returns are allowed)

• must not be a special order or a custom order

• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 calendar days of shipping date noted in that item's particular item description.


YOU MUST CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND GET AN APPROVAL AND RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE IT CAN BE RETURNED to [email protected].


If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Customers must pay for return shipping on all returns unless item is defective or originally shipped incorrectly.


There will be NO RETURNS of customized or personalized merchandise unless merchandise is defective or customized incorrectly. Once a custom or personalized order is submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

There is a 30% restocking fee for returned items without prior authorization and will result in the delay of any refund or credit that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 30 days of the original shipping date if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and are NOT DEFECTIVE WITHOUT contacting us, will NOT be refunded.

Custom Personalization Embroidery

--Wording is limited to 20 characters, including spaces.

--Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery from the time order is placed with Diamond Ready Baseball Gloves.

--There will be no returns or exchanges of customized or personalized merchandise unless merchandise is defective or customized incorrectly.

--Once a custom or personalized order is submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

* Custom embroidery is not available on youth 9 or 10 inch gloves.

All warranty claims are verified by RIP-IT Sporting Goods. Any claims found to be fraudulent will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law including, where applicable, mail fraud (a federal offense punishable by fine or imprisonment for not more than five years, or both).
RIP-IT Sporting Goods reserves the right to test bats submitted for warranty replacement.
If you do not have a receipt we cannot offer you a warranty. Rip-It requires an original or a copy of the original receipt when submitting a warranty request. Warranties are offered by RIP-IT Sporting Goods. PLEASE DO NOT return your bat to the authorized dealer you purchased it from. Receipts from PayPal, ebay or any other auction site are not valid unless purchased from an authorized dealer listed on our auction approved selling list.

RIP-IT Sporting Goods reserves the right to refuse warranty service
to any person who, in the sole discretion of RIP-IT Sporting Goods, abuses the warranty policy or products.
